The RISC-V Advanced Interrupt Architecture (AIA) specification defines new interrupt controllers to support wired interrupts, MSIs and MSI virtualization in a manner scalable for a large number of HARTs. The RISC-V AIA specification defines CSRs and memory mapped devices so this ratification plan only covers the memory mapped devices (i.e. non-ISA parts) of the RISC-V AIA specification.
